At the heart of this trailer is the VAKO stationary vertical loader system, which allows standard shipping containers to be lifted into a vertical position for bulk filling. With the container upright, doors face upward, allowing efficient and consistent loading of bulk materials such as fertiliser, scrap materials, grain, or refuse. The system reduces reliance on fixed loading infrastructure and minimises double handling, saving time and effort on site.
For added safety, an optional hydraulic door-closing system can be integrated, allowing doors to be secured while the container remains vertical. This removes the need for operators to climb or manually secure doors, resulting in a safer, faster operation with reduced risk during loading and unloading.
