A first to the Australian market, this cleverly designed trailer seamlessly combines two core functions, tipping and container handling, into a single, efficient solution. The result? A highly adaptable trailer unit that not only improves productivity and reduces manual handling but also eliminates the need for additional equipment.
How it works: Vertical loading meets tipping
At the heart of this trailer is the VAKO stationary vertical loader system, which allows standard shipping containers to be lifted into a vertical position for bulk filling. When the container is upright, the doors face upward, allowing for efficient and consistent loading of bulk materials such as fertiliser, scrap materials, grain or refuse.
Once filled, the container is then returned to a horizontal position for safe and secure road transport. The system is capable of handling containers up to 30 tonnes, streamlining bulk handling while reducing the reliance on fixed loading infrastructure and minimising double handling, saving time and effort on site.
Improved safety and faster turnaround
For additional safety, an optional hydraulic door-closing system can be integrated. This allows the doors to be closed while the container remains vertical, removing the need for operators to climb or manually secure container doors at height. The result is a safer, faster operation that supports improved compliance and reduced risk during loading and unloading.
